Terms and Conditions
All items must be unworn
- All items must be in their original undamaged packaging
- Return goods must include the original sales receipt
- Items can only be exchanged or returned for a refund in the country they were purchased. No exceptions. We recommend you use a Professional Courier Company or Registered Mail so you can track your parcel. Please check the Cristan Perugia website: www.cristanperugia.com for return delivery locations.
We respect our client's decision to change their mind. We will accept Unworn, Unused, Full Priced, Undamaged and Original Packaged shoes for return for a full refund as long as the retun is within 14 days of the original date of receipt for any reason. The shoes or items must be in a fully saleable condition on return.
With the proof of purchase date and original receipt presentation Cristan Perugia will gladly exchange items as long as they they are Full priced shoes after the 14 day refund period has elapsed. Sales Shoes or any shoes at a marked down price for sale promotion. Cristan Perugia belts, handbags or accessories must have manufacturing defects to warrant an exchange or refund. The tags or bar codes must be intact. Cristan Perugia must be notified within 7 days from purchase or refund. The tags or bar codes must be intact as the items are unworn, unused and undamaged. The exchange of undamaged goods will be honoured with 14 days of receiving items. NOTE the goods must be in a fully saleable condition on return for an exchange to be honoured. No refunds or exchange will be honoured on clearance items.
All sales of handbags & accessories are final. No exchange or refund will be made for any items deemed accessories.
In the event of any Cristan Perugia product being damaged as a result of manufacturing, faulty materials or unforeseen merchandise production flaws, Cristan Perugia Co., Ltd. will refun in full, provided the fault is notified to our customer service department after receiving the item/s or a maximum of 7 days from purchase date. The customer service staff are trained and informed to identify non-manufacturing faults. Consequently the earlier the customer service department is notified the easier the process of refund or exchange will be. The customer service department reserve the right to exchange any item, refunds will only be arranged with the purchaser after proof of purchase.
Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. If purchased in store by cash then the refund will be in cash at the store the item was purchased. Most refunds will be made to the nominated card type, Debit, Credit, Savings that was used at the purchase date. All bank fees for the nominated card will be the responsibility of the card holder. All card refunds will be deposited into the account details have been incorrectly supplied. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected by the Cristan Perudia/Refund Policy.
